Delete your account

You can delete your BBStyle account at any time. Deletion is permanent — your photos, looks, and closet items are removed immediately. This page explains the two ways to do it.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open BBStyle and sign in.
2. Go to Me → Privacy.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm by typing your email address.
4. Your account and personal data are removed immediately.

Can't sign in?

Email support@bbstyle.me from the email address tied to your account and ask us to delete it. We respond within 7 days, typically within 24 hours.

Include the email you used to sign in. If you signed in with Google or Microsoft, mention that — we'll match it to your account.

What gets deleted (immediately)

• Account basics — email, name, sign-in provider.
• Body profile — your reference photo and any measurements / fit notes.
• Closet items — every clothing photo and metadata.
• Generated looks — every try-on image, saved or unsaved.
• Sessions— you're signed out everywhere immediately.
• Active credit balance — unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable.

What we retain (anonymized, for audit/compliance)

• Credit ledger transactions — for accounting and tax compliance, individual transactions are kept for 7 years. Your name and email are removed; only the anonymized transaction record remains.
• Audit log entries — for security investigations. Your user reference is set to null so the entry is no longer tied to you, but the underlying record (action, timestamp, IP) is preserved.

Time frame

Deletion of personal data is immediate. Encrypted backups containing your data roll off our retention window within 30 days; we cannot restore data after this point.
