Short answers about body photos, product links, refunds, privacy, and where BBStyle works.
- Do I need a full-body photo?
- A clear full-body photo gives the best results, especially for dresses, pants, and full outfits. Half-body photos can still work for tops and jackets.
- Can I use product links?
- Yes. Paste a product URL and BBStyle extracts usable clothing images when the page exposes them. You review the image before saving it.
- Can I upload my own clothes?
- Yes. You can take a photo, pick an item from your phone, or reuse something saved in your closet.
- What happens if the result is bad?
- Low-quality system failures and bad results can refund the credit. You can also tap Bad result on a generated look.
- Are my photos private?
- Yes. Body photos, closet items, and generated looks are private by default and tied to your account.
- Can I delete my body photo?
- Yes. You can replace or delete your body profile from the app. Deleting your account removes your stored photos and looks.
- Is BBStyle on iOS and Android?
- BBStyle is designed for mobile and supports iOS and Android app experiences.
