Privacy Policy

BBStyle ("we") is operated by Body & Brands Ltd. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what rights you have. Plain English — short on lawyer, long on substance.

What we store

• Photos you upload — body shots, item photos. Stored privately in Azure Blob Storage, accessible only by you.
• Generated try-on results — kept in your history. Private by default; only public if you explicitly tap Share.
• Account basics — email, sign-in provider, name, when you joined.
• Credit ledger — every credit grant, debit and refund.
• Audit log — what you and our admins did and when. Used only for security investigations and compliance.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share your photos with third parties.
• We don't train AI models on your photos.
• We don't see your payment card — Stripe handles billing.

Your rights

• Access — request a copy of everything we have on you.
• Delete — wipe your account from your settings, or email us. We cascade-delete photos, looks, credits.
• Correct — fix anything inaccurate.

AI generation

Try-ons run on Azure OpenAI. Images and prompts are sent to Microsoft Azure for processing, then discarded by Azure per their data retention policy. We do not retain prompts beyond your audit log entry.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. You can always opt out by deleting your account.
