One credit creates one look
A credit is only spent when you start a try-on generation. Failed setup steps, like a product page with no usable image, do not spend a credit.
Fair credits
BBStyle is built around a simple promise: credits are for usable try-on attempts, not broken model output or system errors.
The credit rule
You start with free looks, then each generation debits one credit. When a result fails because of the system or is flagged as bad, the ledger returns that credit.

If a generated look misses badly, use Bad result. The credit ledger records the refund so the balance stays auditable.
If the worker, queue, or AI provider fails, BBStyle returns the credit instead of asking you to pay for infrastructure problems.
Refunds do not require publishing your look. Your body photo, item image, and generated result stay private to your account.
